Nefesh Necklace

Regular price $550.00

This powerful piece offers an intriguing aesthetic. With imagery that moves between narrative and fanciful, what one sees at any given time can change with the viewing. These subtle reveals are what gives this necklace its magic. With a delicate drape of chain underneath the pendant, the links move like silk against the wearer and catch the eye.  The framing effect is a lovely touch and accentuates the sculptural curves of a piece that will continue to inspire you.

This sterling silver pendant has an oxidized high polish finish with a moveable bail that hangs on a 20-inch chain with a safety clasp.

Specific Gravity offers unique items that are designed and fabricated by artists working in the studios of Brooklyn Metal Works or are part of our larger community, meeting our criteria of originality and quality of craft. Daniell Hudson

Daniell Hudson has made jewelry, accessories and homeware in the northeast for over six years. Heavily influenced by her former education in history and archaeology, Daniell is fascinated by the imprint of human civilization over time that is revealed through the spaces and objects left behind. In her work she examines her own place in time, her relationship to her surroundings, and how the object she creates as a part of herself connects to the world, the environment, and the passage of time in which they will all inevitably change.
