SGxSG: Two Communities Coming Together

SGxSG: Two Communities Coming Together

New York City Jewelry Week Event 2022

Liz, founder of Stay Gold Collective, and Erin, co-founder of Brooklyn Metal Works and Specific Gravity, are bringing their communities together to celebrate collaboration and connection. They both share a passion for supporting independent jewelry designers and makers, and the members of each of these jewelry communities are open and excited to help each other grow.

This exhibition of jewelry from members of each community, curated by the founders, will take place during NYC Jewelry Week at Specific Gravity, a gallery that supports the work of the Brooklyn Metal Works community. This special collection will bring work from the tight-knit, yet virtual and global, Stay Gold Collective to the heart of Brooklyn in collaboration with Specific Gravity artists.

Launching during NYC Jewelry Week, the collection will be on display and available for purchase at Specific Gravity and on the gallery’s website through the end of the year.
