In-House Repairs
We accept repairs purchased outside of Specific Gravity. Repurposing materials and stones is also part of our maintenance services. The following quotes serve as a general range for all repairs that come through the shop. Lead times vary depending on the details of the project.
We do not work with hollow or costume jewelry. Plated or vermeil jewelry purchased outside of Specific Gravity can not be repaired.
All items purchased from Specific Gravity is eligible for repairs.

We offer Jewelry Cleaner and Polishing Cloths for purchase. To determine your ring size, visit our store during business hours for a complimentary fitting.
We have the right to refuse any repairs that come through Specific Gravity. Items purchased through the store will receive complimentary repair a month following purchase if the repair is the result of the seller.
Any out-of-state repair requests will be responsible for shipping to and from Specific Gravity.
Changes or variations can occur when using a jeweler outside of your original purchase. Though Specific Gravity will try our absolute best to honor the original design and structure of the piece, slight alterations may be present following your repair. Specific Gravity will not be responsible for any damages that occur during repair.
