Inspired by the Koru is a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling silver fern frond. It is an integral symbol in Māori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace.

This earring comes in 2 sizes 2.5” for large and 1.5” for the small Koru.

Easy and very light to wear, made in brass with 14k gold nickel free plating.

Oblik Atelier

Mia Hebib, a classically trained metalsmith and accessory industry veteran, whose desire is to forge conversations through her creative expression. She is in constant dialogue with the metal as she folds and forms it into miniature sculptures for the body. Ultimately the jewelry provokes a conversation between a wearer and the observer thus becoming a conversation piece.
