Santiago files sterling silver by hand into a fine dust that she then fuses together within hand-carved graphite ring molds. The resulting ring retains the granularity of its material, which shimmers when it catches the light. This labor-intensive, experimental process is unique to Santiago, each time creating a totally unique piece of art.
